The fix coffee will always send out the very best and freshest coffee we have we will accept returns for the following:

  • Goods damaged or faulty before dispatch
  • Incorrect orders delivered

NB:goods must be dated within 7 days of notification of any issues to us.

This policy observes our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).Please email us on info@thefixcoffee.co.nz if you require assistance.

Refunds

Whenever possible,the fix coffee repairs or replaces damaged or faulty goods or we give a refund.

Privacy

We may collect your email address to process your order or reply to your enquiry and we won't be passing on your email to anyone else.The fix coffee will not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy,disclosure of information,harm,damage or loss that may result from your transmission of information in any connection with our website.
